Cabernet Sauvignon is South Africa’s most important red variety and this is reected in Muratie’s Martin Melck Cabernet Sauvignon produced on their vineyards in Stellenbosch. Black cherries and cassis on the nose and a rounded fruit nish. In the mouth it has a well-structured frame with a touch of cedar on the long nish.
