The Royal Mango variety Alphonso from the Kokan region of Maharashtra, which surrounds Mumbai, is picked at optimal ripeness to blend in fruit driven and flamboyant wine, the Rhythm Alphonso. Alphonso color celebrates the tropical spirit of India. The best quality neutral in flavour grapes are used as a base for the wine, which allows the fruit flavours to be expressed prominently. The ripe bouquet of mango and its golden color celebrates the tropical spirit of India. The aroma of fresh Alphonso is prominent. Palate entry is slightly sweet, ripe and fruity; the mid palate is ambrosial and shows a hint of tartness through all the ripe fruit. The finish is clean, fruity and fresh.
